Logic Gate

Gate Logic

Output
Gate Logic 2201E

A variable function logic module for generating and processing gate and trigger signals.

Thirty eight different modes cover both two input static gates and clocked logic functions in a comprehensive way applicable for both manual playing and sequencing use.

The LFO output is normalled through to input A of the logic section. This may be a voltage controlled LFO/Delay ranging four decades from 0.008Hz (over 2 minutes) to 80Hz, a coarse or fine range voltage controlled BPM clock or a MIDI Clock counter. A manual gate pushbutton, also a separate output, is normalled through to input B of the logic section. This may also be set by a footswitch or MIDI. The output Q is a function of the A and B inputs according to the mode set on the panel or by MIDI Program Change. The functions vary from simple gating to latches and counters.

All panel inputs will accept analogue signals with slow edges and have hysteresis to prevent false triggering. All panel outputs may be standard 5V or 10V gate levels or combined Gate & Trigger.
